Miracle on Mulberry Street

The Mulberry Street building, purchased in 2020, had seen better days. With outdated interiors and frozen, busted pipes when we acquired it, the building was in need of a complete overhaul. After a total gut and demo, we transformed the top two floors into stunning apartments with natural brick accents, exposed beams, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Every detail was carefully planned — from the new hardwood flooring and walls to the modern kitchens and beautifully tiled bathrooms with walk-in showers. We embraced the building’s original charm by incorporating natural stained sliding barn doors and brand new windows throughout.

All of the lighting is energy-efficient LED, enhancing the old-world charm of the building, while the addition of a new gas heating system and central air ensures modern comfort.

On the exterior, we painted the building white with black windows and added a sleek, black standing seam metal roof, adding an updated look that fits perfectly with the surrounding neighborhood.

The first floor maintains its historical appeal, with gorgeous hardwood floors, a new bathroom, tile entrance, and exposed brick and beams. It’s now home to a beautiful toy store, a testament to the space’s versatility and charm.
