2701 Lycoming Creek Road Renovation

At McHarris Realty, we love bringing new life to old spaces, and the renovation of 2701 Lycoming Creek Road is a perfect example of that. Over the course of 18 months, we completely transformed this 12-unit property to provide modern, comfortable living spaces for our tenants.

The property consists of two buildings. In the front building, which includes four apartments (two on each floor), we revived the beautiful hardwood floors on the top floors, sanding, repairing, and refinishing them to restore their natural charm. All the apartments received fresh paint, modern kitchens, and updated bathrooms, plus energy-efficient LED lighting throughout. With new windows and gas heating, these apartments are designed for comfort and efficiency.

The back building, which was once 18 individual motel rooms, was completely reimagined. We converted the space into 7 one-bedroom units and 1 spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit. Each unit now features new flooring, kitchens, bathrooms, and modern heat pumps with central AC. Some units also received updated windows to enhance comfort and energy efficiency.

The exterior of both buildings was transformed with brand new black metal standing seam roofs and stylish stone pillar columns. We chose a classic Dover White with Iron Ore accents to give the property a fresh, modern look that fits perfectly into its surroundings. And to make life even easier, the first-floor units offer convenient parking right outside your door.

Additionally, we’ve made sure this property is equipped for modern living, with Starlink Wi-Fi and security cameras installed at every corner to ensure comfort and peace of mind.
